It Is Time to Start Thinking About Aerating and Over Seeding Your Lawn

What is core aeration? It loosens hard compacted soil, reduces thatch, and increases water, air, and nutrients in the soil. Then, we over seed the entire lawn and apply starter fertilizer. It enhances the lawn for the upcoming season and repairs damage from the summer. This should be done in the month of September to allow for proper germination.
