At Signature Landscaping, we have a five-step fertilization program with five applications completed within the season for your lawn's maximum health. Core aeration can be done as part of the process as well.

Our Five-Step Fertilization Program

1. Early spring application - Pre-emergent crabgrass control, early spring balanced fertilization and broadleaf weed control.
2. Late spring application - Complete balanced fertilization and broadleaf control.
3. Early summer application - Complete balanced slow-release fertilizer and broadleaf weed control. Inspect for surface feeding insects and treat if needed (no charge). Includes a grub preventative application - this application is guaranteed for the season.
4. Late summer/early fall application - Complete balanced fertilization and broadleaf weed control. Inspect for surface-feeding inspects and treat if needed (no charge).
5. Fall/late fall application - Additional rate fertilizer, micro-nutrients for root development and early spring green-up and broadleaf weed control. Includes a fall limestone application.
